Program PowerFLIGHT is a specially-designed 15-week Speed & Strength Training System from to help runners from beginners to experienced marathoners complete and hit Personal Bests in your marathon races by:

1. Building cardio and leg strength endurance
2. Improving speed and performance from 5km-42km
3. Tuning Up for 10km-marathon races both in Singapore and Overseas
4. Fat Blasting & Weight Loss Management
5. Regular run and speed maintenance

The PowerFLIGHT Program integrates the following core components:

  • Core Strengthening & Conditioning

  • Stadium Track
  • Mt. Faber Hills
  • Labrador Park

Team FatBird PowerFLIGHTTM Training Program

  • A 15-week Team FatBird PowerFLIGHTTM Running Speed & Strength Training System
  • Comprehensive training plan comprising of 1 weekday track & hills workout and one weekend long steady run
  • Excellent structured training for beginners and non-marathoners seeking to score well for IPPT/NAPFA tests, develop fit bodies, lose weight, quit smoking/drinking and reduce high blood pressure levels
  • Workout sessions will focus on building speed and strength for enhanced performance at running races of 5km-marathons
  • Qualified & Experienced Trainers conducting the training sessions
  • Two levels of training – beginners and experienced runners
  • Regular emails and online postings of the weekly training plan, tips and advisory
  • Free Make-Up training for missed sessions (1 for 4-weeks, 2 for 8-15weeks)

Training days are every alternate Wednesday/Friday 7pm-9pm (Track, Hills) and Weekend 7am-10am (Tempo / Long Steady Run)
