Program PowerFLIGHT is a specially-designed 12-week Speed & Strength Training System from to help runners from beginners to experienced marathoners complete and hit Personal Bests in your marathon races by:

1. Build cardio and leg strength endurance
2. Improve speed and performance from 5km-42km
3. Tune Up for 10km-marathon races both in Singapore and Overseas
4. Fat Blasting & Weight Loss Management
5. Regular run and speed maintenance

The PowerFLIGHT Program integrates the following core components:

  • Hills
  • Speedwork & Intervals
  • Tempos
  • Fartleks
  • Strides
  • Core Strengthening & Conditioning

 

Training are conducted at locations specific to training needs:

  • Stadium Track
  • Mt. Faber Hills
  • Labrador Park
  • City Parks
  • MacRitchie Reservoir Trails

 

Team FatBird PowerFLIGHTTM Training Program

  • A 12-week Team FatBird PowerFLIGHTTM Running Speed & Strength Training System
  • Comprehensive training plan comprising of 1 weekday track & hills workout and one weekend long steady run
  • 2 face-face group training runs a week
  • Workout sessions will focus on building speed and strength for enhanced performance at running races of 5km-marathons
  • Qualified & Experienced Trainers conducting the training sessions
  • Two levels of training – beginners and experienced runners
  • Regular emails and online postings of the weekly training plan, tips and advisory

Training will begin in April 2017.

Training days are every Wednesday 7pm-9pm (Speed & Hills) and Weekend 7am-9am (Tempo / Long Steady Run)
