A. Running Workshops/Clinics
We conduct running workshops and clinics on a wide range of run-related topics which are useful to the understanding and learning of how to better prepare for run events. Topics Include:

B. Group Training Runs (Weekdays)
Regular Weekday Workout sessions will focus on building up the base of beginner runners, while honing the strength and speed of the more experienced runners.
Adopting Team FatBird’s proprietary PowerFLIGHT training system of tempo runs, intervals, hills, repeats, core & strength conditioning, circuit training, the runners’ running foundation will be built up progressively to a level of competence. Dynamic Warm Up, Running Drills/Circuits, Main Run Workout, Static Cool Down with debrief/corrective feedback are core components of every run training session.

C. Lead Up Long Runs (Weekends)
To prepare runners who are very busy and can only spare a few weekends for conditioning long runs, we offer a selection of progressive Long Runs (BaseBuild, Pace) in the lead up to major marathon races. Progressive Distances from 5km-30km catering to both 10km, HM and FM runners.

D. Structured Marathon Training
We offer two comprehensive structured marathon training plans which can train groups of 100-150 runners.

(i) PowerFLIGHT Training Program for 5km to Half Marathon distances
• A 8-10 week structured training plan
• One weekday strength/speed workout (Wed evening) and one weekend (Saturday/Sunday) long run, weekly.
• Workout sessions will focus on building strength and speed for the 10-21km distance, with a good mix of tempo runs, intervals, hills, repeats, coupled with weekend endurance runs in challenging terrain.
• Trainees are segregated into different groups depending on experience and targets, training with runners of similar goals and abilities
• Certified & Experienced Running Trainers coaching, leading and guiding the runs
• Weekly training tips and articles on running techniques, form and essentials
• Private facebook groups for members to get advisory from trainers as well as to share information with fellow trainees

(ii) FlightZONES Training Program for Half and Full Marathon Races
• A 12-16 week structured training plan
• Training program comprising of one weekday strength/speed workout and one weekend (Saturday/Sunday) long run, weekly.
• Workout sessions will focus on building strength and speed for the 21-42km distance, with a good mix of weekday tempo runs, hills, repeats, coupled with weekend long endurance and pace runs
• Trainees are segregated into different groups depending on experience and targets, training with runners of similar goals and abilities
• Certified & Experienced Running Trainers coaching, leading and guiding the runs
• Weekly training tips and articles on running techniques, form, heart-rate training, pace techniques and marathon-ing essentials
• Private facebook groups for members to get advisory from trainers as well as to share information with fellow trainees
